By initiating an online payment, you ("User," "Student," "Parent/Guardian") accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our general Course Terms and Conditions, all of which are available on our website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the online payment.
2. Services Offered
Devesh EduTech provides Abacus training courses for students of various age groups. The details of the courses, including curriculum, duration, and fees, are specified on our website and may be subject to change. Online payment facilitates enrollment in these courses.
3. Payment Acceptance
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payments can be made using various online payment methods as displayed on our payment gateway, which may include Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and other digital wallets.
- Devesh EduTech reserves the right to modify course fees at any time, with prior notice posted on the website.
- Your payment will typically reach Devesh EduTech's account within 1-2 working days. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the payment gateway, banks, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
4. Accuracy of Information
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and payment details.
- Devesh EduTech cannot accept liability for payments not reaching the correct account due to incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong student ID, incorrect amount).
- If payment is refused or declined by your bank or card issuer for any reason, Devesh EduTech is under no obligation to inform you of this fact. It is your responsibility to check with your bank/card issuer to ensure that payment has been successfully debited from your account.
5. Transaction Charges
- While Devesh EduTech does not add any transaction fees for online payments, your bank, credit/debit card provider, or payment gateway may levy nominal charges as per their policies and RBI guidelines. These charges, if any, will be borne by the User.
6. Confirmation of Payment
- Upon successful completion of an online payment, you will receive a payment confirmation via email or SMS. It is advisable to save or print this confirmation for your records.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 working days of making the payment, it is your responsibility to contact Devesh EduTech to verify if the payment has been successfully processed and accepted.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Course Fees: Our general Refund and Cancellation Policy for Abacus courses, available on our website, applies to all enrollments made via online payment. Please refer to that policy for details regarding eligibility for refunds, cancellation procedures, and any applicable deductions.
- Technical Issues: In case of a technical issue leading to a double payment or payment deduction without enrollment confirmation (where the payment gateway confirms settlement to our account), please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and process a refund for the excess amount within 7-10 working days after the payment is credited to our account.
- Failed Transactions: If a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails to reflect in our records (and the payment gateway shows it as unsettled), please contact your bank with the transaction reference number. The amount should be credited back to your account by your bank within 10-20 working days. Devesh EduTech is not responsible for such un-settled transactions.
- All refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.Approved refunds will be credited into original payment method withing 7 to 10 working days.
8. Security
- All online payment transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. We utilize industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your sensitive financial information.
- However, no online transaction is entirely risk-free. You acknowledge and agree that Devesh EduTech and its payment service providers shall not be held liable for any misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud of your personal and financial data transmitted over the internet that is beyond our control.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own device, internet connection, and payment credentials. Please sign out of your account and close your browser window after completing your transaction, especially when using a shared or public computer.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Devesh EduTech shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the online payment facility, any websites linked to this facility, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chinchwad, Maharashtra.
11. Amendments to Terms
Devesh EduTech reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
